During my internship at PARMA Recordings, I gained valuable insight into the classical recording industry by researching and developing a deep understanding of the PARMA label catalogs. I supported the A&R Department by attending meetings and phone calls, taking detailed notes to ensure efficient communication and documentation. Additionally, I identified and reached out to potential new artists, guiding them through the process of recording and releasing their music, with mentorship to ensure a smooth and successful experience. This role enhanced my understanding of artist relations and the intricacies of music production within the classical genre.
